Returns/Exchanges for in store and online purchases:
Most items purchased may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. A receipt may be required. The product must be in the same condition it was purchased in. Refunds will be provided back to the original form of payment, or via a gift card if cash was used. A restocking fee up to 10% may be kept to cover our expenses of non-refundable credit card processing fees and labor.

Non-sealed items, such as trading card game singles, may not be returned for any reason other than damage during shipping. Sending a card to a grading service will waive this right as we cannot guarantee anything once it leaves your hands and goes through the mail again and into the hands of other humans and machines.

Event tickets are refundable only as store credit.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in most situations. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Options may be available at checkout for escalated shipping depending on the item. In all cases, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling. Shipping times will depend on the carrier selected. USPS is the default carrier.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item qualifies for a refund at that point, your refund will be processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There can be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Abandoned Product
Product paid for, but unclaimed, will be considered abandoned after two weeks. This pertains both to local pickups as well as to mail returned to us due to failure to be delivered by the mail carrier. We will make at least two attempts to contact you to remind you of the order. After two weeks, the product may be disposed of or resold at our discretion.
