Store Pickup:

Orders placed with in-store pickup option selected will requires the customer to pick the items up within 7 days (not counting holidays where the store is closed). The customer will be notified when the order is ready for pickup via the email provided. A reminder will be sent if the item is not picked up promptly. On or after the 7th day, an order not picked up will be cancelled and refunded and any abandoned items will become store property.

Domestic shipping within the USA:

Multiple shipping options are available at checkout. Prices may vary depending on item size and weight. Options are available at checkout for escalated shipping depending on the item. In all cases, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling. Shipping times will depend on the carrier selected. USPS is the default carrier. Shipping times are also estimates.

Unless a shipping option with tracking was selected at checkout, we do not guarantee it will be delivered. All $50+ orders with TCG singles will ship with tracking, so if you are ordering something under $50 and do not choose an option with tracking, you are shipping at your own risk. Please consider upgrading to tracked shipping at checkout if you have any concerns.

For returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless agreed to otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable in most cases outside lost packages shipped with tracking. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In most cases, we will not accept returns on opened product such as sealed booster boxes, and non-sealed items such as single cards.

International shipping:

Economy shipping is in a plain white envelope with no tracking. This option can be both risky and can take more than 30 days to some parts of the world. Therefore, while we offer this option to our international customers by popular demand, we strongly recommend you choose an option with tracking instead. It may cost you more, but will help prevent lost/stolen items. We will not guarantee delivery for any order where economy shipping is selected due to the above.

For tracked shipping, we will do our best to declare a fair value of the items. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover any Customs charges. Please reach out to us ahead of time before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns.
