Q: Where can I purchase the different membership levels?

Q: What are the current discount codes?

A: For Ruby tier:
VIP Ruby Events = $10 off event entry (limit one per month).

For Emerald tier:
VIP Emerald Events = $20 off event entry (limit one per month).
VIP Rooms = 50% off room reservation fee. This should apply automatically at checkout.

For Diamond tier:
All of the codes from the Emerald tier plus:

- 30% off Gundam models.
- 30% off most sealed trading card game items (Pokemon, MTG, YuGiOh, and Flesh & Blood, Gundam, Union Arena, One Piece, Vanguard, Riftbound, and more). Items that qualify for these card games are typically limited to booster boxes, starter decks, and occasionally other sealed box items. Items with extremely limited stock may not qualify. Individual booster packs do not qualify as well.
- 15% off Games Workshop models.
- 35% off board games.

These Diamond tier discounts should apply automatically at checkout.

Q: Why should I pay for a membership?

A: A membership is the best way to support the store and our mission to create safe play spaces and provide our customers with access to products at the best possible prices. We strive to ensure both parties benefit from our memberships. Plus you get some really cool perks! 

Q: Once I decide to sign up, when will I be charged?

A: Once you decide to enroll as a member, you will be charged immediately and a recurring payment will be charged every month thereafter on the same day of the month (or as close as possible; i.e. if you signed up on the 31st, some months you would be charged on the 30th).

Q: Can I cancel any time?

A: You can cancel at any time in the Account Overview area of our website when you are logged in. Simply click on the "PayWhirl Customer Subscriptions" link there next to your order history. This will end your recurring charges and you will retain access for the remainder of your 30 day window.

Q: Can I pause/freeze my membership or cancel and rejoin at a later time? 

There may be situations that are perfectly fine to pause your membership temporarily, such as moving, financial hardship, etc. If you are ever concerned, please reach out to support@punkouter.com or DM an admin in our Discord server. We 100% understand some things happen that are out of your control and are happy to work with you through whatever you may need.

Any abuse of the Diamond level VIP membership system may result in a ban from rejoining. PunkOuter Games also reserves the right to cancel anyone's membership at any time for no reason. This is here only as protection from bad actors who look to abuse the system. The Diamond level VIP membership is designed to benefit both parties. You get heavily discounted product and we get to move more product than we could in the past. Win-win for both parties.

Q: Do you offer a household membership or group membership for me and my friends? 

We do not currently offer anything but individual memberships at this time. We expect our paid members to enjoy their benefits for their own individual purchases only.

Q: How can I help?
