Near Mint = Card is unblemished outside very minor, hard to spot issues. Near Mint does not necessarily mean graded 10 if sent in.
Played = Card may show some wear on the borders, corners, front and/or back. It may look fine until closely inspected, or it could be an obvious slight bend for examples.
Heavily Played = Card has very obvious wear such as dirt/grime that can be spotted through a sleeve or moderate sized bend.
Damaged = Card does not lay flat due to significant bend, corner piece missing, writing, etc.
